We loved the spacious room and the proximity to Sardinero beach. The café on site served delicious pastries, perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out with our precious dog. The lounge area felt so cozy!
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly dining options.

Stayed one night after arriving on Portsmouth/Santander Ferry. Met with all our requirements. Good position, close to the wonderful beaches of Santander, friendly helpful staff. Bedroom very nice, good size clean. Underground secure parking. Would certainly return again.
The only disapointment was that the main dinning room was closed, only opens at weekends. We took our dinner in the breakfast room and although the food was good - a menu of the night - good value, it seemed strange to have a big T.V. on whilst dinning spoilt the atmosphere of otherwise pleasent surroundings.

The atmosphere in the hotel was cute, though the
Furnishings in our room felt slightly outdated. I enjoyed the easy access to public transportation. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We arrived on the afternoon of December 30th, Saturday, receptionist - a serious and circumspect gentleman - offered us the hotel car park, for 13 euros/day, in view of the impossibility of finding parking in the streets around the hotel. We decided to leave the car parked in the street, as it is a quiet street and we did not prevent any vehicle from passing by. place where we parked was no more than 10 m. from the door of the hotel. Saturday night, it was raining, no one was passing by... next morning we found the receipt of a fine dated 30, 22:31 hrs for parking in a prohibited place... Our doubt: Is it possible that "someone" warned the police to come and fine a car that was not obstructing the passage of anyone? I repeat: on a Saturday at 22:31 hrs. attitude of the receptionist, not at all friendly, induced us to think strange things. Warning for sailors!

The furniture in the bedroom felt a bit outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall ambiance.

Perfectly clean place with great views and magnificent and amazing location right next to the sea. Attentive and reasonably good staff, carpeted guest room. Comfy bed, a well equipped bathroom. Location right by next door to the Casino and opposite the beach in the centre of the Sardinero strip area of Santander, the mountains and the ocean and water front.

It was just a strong match for a city break in Santander with all in all great value for money. The bathroom was fine and provided a refreshing experience after a long day out. Make sure to check the parking situation ahead of time.

excellent stay with some room for improvement
The comfortable bed ensured a restful night. The location near the ferry port made our travels much easier. We relished the three-course evening meal with drinks and freshly baked bread for a great value of €22 each. Seeing the sea view from our room added a lovely touch to our stay.
The secure parking, while good, came with a high price tag.

The location of the hotel is ideal. Easy drive to or from the ferry. A clean, quiet hotel near the beach and with good restaurants close by. Onsite parking a bonus, if a little pricey.
